Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and engineering
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Utilize ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven success in placing technical and professional candidates
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Virginia driver's license with reliable transportation
