Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Silicon Valley
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with precision
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 15+ placements per quarter
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Deep understanding of San Jose's tech talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
