Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging high-caliber software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals across South Florida
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Building strategic partnerships with CTOs and hiring managers at top Miami tech companies
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies including targeted LinkedIn outreach and tech community engagement
- Conducting technical interviews and presenting data-driven candidate recommendations
- Mentoring junior recruiters and optimizing recruitment workflows
- Driving diversity initiatives in technical talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Miami's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing niche tech roles (AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity)
- Advanced knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessment methodologies
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
- Active participation in Miami tech communities (e.g., WIT, Tech Miami)
