Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Deep understanding of Detroit's talent market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure with multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
