Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback loops
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track pipelines, generate reports, and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in Wichita's key sectors
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities and market demands
- Present recruitment analytics to leadership for continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in placing candidates across technical, administrative, and industrial roles
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Bullhorn) and applicant tracking methodologies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated offer acceptance rates
- Deep knowledge of Wichita's local job market and industry landscape
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
