Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions including healthcare, IT, and administrative roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking strategies
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions
- Manage candidate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with state labor regulations
- Track key performance metrics including placement rates and client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client base and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience or equivalent sales/client management background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque's local job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for recruitment events
