Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries including government contracting, cybersecurity, and finance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from client intake to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at premier DC-based organizations
- Leverage data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring metrics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with team to develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with government or federal contracting clients
- Proven track record of placing 20+ candidates monthly in competitive DC market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and advanced recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Valid DC security clearance preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Deep knowledge of DC labor laws and federal compliance requirements
