Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across diverse industries (Tech, Healthcare, Finance)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement
- Build and maintain client relationships with Boston-based companies
- Utilize ATS systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales/recruitment targets
- Expertise in Boston's local job market dynamics
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (client site visits required)
