Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for specialized industries
- Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews and offers
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to drive business growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean, etc.)
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
