Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 staffing operations for tech and warehouse clients in San Jose
- Screen, interview, and place candidates overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage client communications and emergency staffing requests
- Maintain ATS records and generate nightly performance reports
- Coordinate with on-site supervisors for seamless shift transitions
- Conduct background checks and verifications during off-peak hours
- Develop overnight recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse industries
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
