Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep partnerships with clients to understand technical requirements and hiring culture
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and provide weekly performance analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide recruitment process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering or data science roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly in competitive tech markets
- Expertise in Boolean search strings, GitHub sourcing, and niche tech communities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical competency
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
