- Process payroll and timesheets for night shift employees with 100% accuracy
- Handle emergency staffing requests within 2-hour response time
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for night shift hires
- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or HR experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)

- Valid New York State driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
