Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and industrial sectors
- Coordinate shift schedules and placements for 50+ client partners across Portland metro area
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during evening/night hours as needed
- Manage compliance documentation including background checks and certifications
- Build relationships with night shift managers at partner facilities
- Optimize staffing efficiency using our proprietary ATS platform
- Provide 24/7 emergency staffing coverage support
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for evening site visits
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution skills for high-pressure night shift scenarios
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with healthcare staffing compliance (HIPAA, BLS)
- Available to work flexible evening/night schedule including weekends
