Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments across 15+ client sites in Colorado Springs
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments for last-minute coverage needs
- Conduct onboarding for night shift employees during evening hours
- Resolve client and staffing issues through proactive communication
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations for overnight work
- Generate daily staffing reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or operations coordination experience
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure scheduling scenarios
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and safety protocols
- Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
