Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Dallas metroplex
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and our proprietary talent database
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Dallas's job market and key industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
