Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline using modern ATS and CRM platforms
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define talent requirements
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for candidate evaluation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and social recruiting
- Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Analyze market trends and competitor compensation packages
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools (HackerRank, Codility, etc.)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies and tech stacks
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics
