Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for full-time positions across IT, Finance, and Healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and onboard new hires with precision
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for 90-day placement retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually across diverse industries
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
