Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for C-suite and specialized technical roles at premier NYC-based firms
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Conduct advanced candidate assessments and behavioral interviews aligned with client competency frameworks
- Lead strategic client consultations to define hiring requirements and market positioning
- Manage stakeholder relationships across HR departments, hiring managers, and executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billable targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume technical or executive recruiting experience in NYC market
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements monthly with 85%+ retention rates
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM platforms
- Deep network connections within NYC's finance, fintech, and creative sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
