Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and maintain deep industry expertise in Charlotte's tech ecosystem through networking events and client partnerships
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation for 15-20 concurrent searches
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and CRM tools to track KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies
- Present innovative talent solutions to clients including salary benchmarking, market analysis, and diversity initiatives
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT placements
- Deep network of Charlotte-based tech professionals and startup connections
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
