Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills and cultural fit for client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS systems to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly/monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of staffing or recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
