Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and professional services
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 50+ partner companies
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in tech or healthcare roles
- Expert knowledge of Portland's talent market and industry networks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CIPD certification a plus
