Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering)
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines through strategic networking
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and KPIs
- Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted outreach
- Documenting candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in our ATS
- Participating in weekly team strategy sessions to optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills with offer acceptance rates >70%
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage 15-20 active requisitions simultaneously
- Ohio-based candidates preferred; remote work option available
