Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse client positions across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure timely weekly payroll processing for temporary and contract staff
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Chicago's job market
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new placements to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
