Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekly-paying temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement confirmation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized solutions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven success in placing candidates in weekly-paying temporary roles
- Strong networking skills with established Colorado Springs professional connections
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
