Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using cutting-edge ATS tools
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match top talent with client needs
- Develop strategic partnerships with Houston-based businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes while maintaining 95% client satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing experience in Houston market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Valid Texas state staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
