Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems
- Document technical processes and create SOP documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and systems
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Cisco networking and VMware virtualization
- Government contracting background preferred
- Proficient in PowerShell and scripting automation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to obtain DHS clearance if required
- Valid Texas driver's license
