Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates across San Diego's vibrant tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ tech companies in San Diego County
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize hiring pipelines
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain 95%+ fill rate for urgent staffing requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly in competitive markets
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for Java, Python, AWS, and other in-demand skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all organizational levels
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar recruitment platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
