Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client hiring needs
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment strategies
- Leverage data analytics to improve hiring metrics and time-to-fill
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and key industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software engineering, cloud, or AI roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and advanced recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding of software development methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
