Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various industries including Finance, IT, Healthcare, and Administrative roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Conduct effective market research to understand client requirements and salary benchmarks.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Utilize social media and job boards to actively market open positions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
