Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinating and scheduling face-to-face interviews between clients and candidates.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate data.
- Negotiating salary and contract terms with potential hires.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and industry professionals.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
