Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and IT
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) to track recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and optimize strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Kansas staffing license preferred (or willingness to obtain immediately)
