Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions within the local market.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through networking and social media sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in Tucson.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (candidates with less experience and high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
