Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial intake to placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipeline and activity.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting open positions to maximize visibility.
- Provide market insights and salary negotiation support to candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel to client sites.
