Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Place candidates in temporary, temp-to-perm, or direct hire positions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to network, build relationships, and cold call effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
