Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals).
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage client relationships and understand their hiring needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Post job orders and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers.
- Provide market feedback to clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (Entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS experience.
- Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
