- Source and vet candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and niche platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for specialized roles
- Manage candidate pipelines through our proprietary ATS with real-time reporting
- Drive placements with 95% client satisfaction metrics through post-hire follow-ups
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience in Sacramento market
- Proven track record of 20+ placements/month in high-volume environments
- Expert knowledge of Sacramento's tech corridor, medical districts, and financial hubs
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) with data-driven reporting
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification preferred
