Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for a diverse portfolio of open roles in the SF Bay Area.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and the ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client meetings).
