Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers across key sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and placement
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Represent our agency at job fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans' labor market and talent landscape
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Professional recruitment certification (SPHR, CTS, or similar) preferred
