Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across Florida's booming tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and product roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and interview coordination
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and talent attraction strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and Florida labor regulations
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Florida market
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close senior-level candidates
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles simultaneously
