Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across Pennsylvania
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs

- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to placement
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of successful placements in Pennsylvania market
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with reliable transportation
