Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Boston's key sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Qualifications
