Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for improved candidate conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets in a competitive market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Louisville's labor market and industry dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing and Recruiting Certification (CSRP) a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
