Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in part-time roles across Milwaukee
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal matches
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for strategic talent acquisition
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Strong Milwaukee professional network preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience in light sales or business development a plus
