Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Memphis

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification highly desirable
