Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers in Las Vegas.
- Utilize social media and networking strategies to attract passive talent.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
