Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent for clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates within the Las Vegas market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive business development through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn) to proactively source passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
