Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our diverse client base.
- Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process from application to onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with branch management to meet monthly and quarterly placement goals.
- Assist with onboarding temporary and contract employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or administrative support (agency experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Valid Driverās License and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
