- Source Candidates: Utilize social media and job boards to identify and engage potential job seekers.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications to match candidates with open positions within various industries.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with clients and candidates in the Atlanta area.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System and prepare contracts.
