Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a diverse range of open positions (Technical, Administrative, and Industrial).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting creation, candidate outreach, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms to expand talent pools.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruiting strategies and improve placement ratios.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of candidates and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team setting.
