Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various industries.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to identify and engage passive job seekers.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates and clients accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
